REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds, as it isn't possible for us to ensure that a book has not been downloaded elsewhere for future use.
CUSTOMER POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will always try our best to handle your queries quickly and efficiently, however, as we will inevitably be dealing with many countries, please take into consideration that time differences will apply. Our office opening hours are from 9:00am – 6:00pm EST.
Buying an eBook from SilverPublishing.info means that you are agreeing to receive a downloadable copy of the eBook. We do not mail hardcopies. Neither do we send CD's. You will however, receive an email confirmation of your order. If you have been unable to download for any reason contact our support staff by using the “Live Support” on our site or by contacting support@silverpublishing.info. By being a member of our site, you will have the ability to download your books from your account page.
We must point out that it is illegal to give the book to someone else online or offline for public consumption, this includes file-sharing (P2P etc..), printing or re-selling by individual purchasers. All of our eBooks are subject to copyright and publishing laws of South African and the US and as such it is illegal to copy, redistribute, print, re-sell any part or all of the publication without prior written consent from the Author.
